Ontario’s public libraries are experiencing unprecedented turnover in senior positions, with every indication this trend will continue for the foreseeable future. The challenge is to ensure there are capable leaders to step into these positions. Presenters will highlight some telling statistics and talk about options for leadership development.

Gain an awareness of the leadership programs currently available
Become familiar with the differences between the programs and the strengths of each
Be able to assess their library for internal leadership development practices and opportunities.
