Book Your Hotel Room
Each year, OLA negotiates discounted hotel rates for attendees at several hotels within walking distance of the conference venue. Hotel booking information, conference rates, and reservation deadlines are announced in August each year.
OLA members receive notification of the room blocks 24 hours before the general public, so keep your membership up to date for earliest access! This year, OLA members will receive their email at 10AM ET on Tuesday August 18th, and the website will be updated at 10AM on Wednesday August 19th.
Did you know that OLA is responsible for attrition fees when hotel rooms are cancelled at the last minute?
