More and more of us, our colleagues and staff, have disengaged from work.Stress is at an all-time high and fewer of us are satisfied with our jobs than ever. Where does the dissatisfaction come from? What options do we have to improve staff engagement?
This session looks at the systems that helped to create the modern workplace, the theories behind those systems, and the deleterious impact of those systems on 21st Century workers. Participants will be introduced to practical options for dismantling destructive systems in their own workplaces and to a framework to help guide further positive change in their own attitudes towards work.
