By incorporating new Open+ technology and an innovative combination of local and remote staffing, Hamilton Public Library has increased access to a rural branch from 17 to 60 hours per week. As more customers visit when it best suits them, the role of library as a community hub has been enhanced and the ROI has greatly improved.
