The digital landscape is replete with threats to personal privacy, and with tools to mitigate those threats. Library users often seek guidance from public librarians and we can find our own skills and confidence wanting in this rapidly evolving landscape. Efforts to train public library staff can be expensive, time-consuming, and time-sensitive as technology becomes compromised and new tools emerge.

We at Toronto Public Library aim to meet these challenges with an online educational resource tailored for Canadian libraries. Join us to see the results of these efforts, and to gain access to them for your staff and your library system.
