Its been oft quoted that culture eats strategy for lunch, the implication being that people are resistant to change. An approach that uses Appreciative Inquiry allows for the engagement of many people to co-create change that is actually meaningful. In this session, we will demonstrate elements from the application of Appreciative Inquiry to our strategic planning process, share our lessons learned from the process, and summarize the outcomes with our major themes for moving forward. The session will be highly interactive with opportunities to explore and experience some elements of the Appreciative Inquiry approach.
