Super EXPO 2021 Virtual Booth Hours

These are the hours that exhibitors who are using the either the video or text chat should have staff available for attendees to ask questions.

Wednesday, February 2: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, February 3: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, February 4: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Video chat is available for the full duration of the conference and outside of exhibit hours if exhibitors wish to use it to schedule meetings, or events (Tuesday, February 2 starting at 8:00 am – Saturday, February 6 ending at 7:00 pm) with attendees.

Text chat is also available to be used any time during the conference and is not restricted to EXPO hours.

The Virtual EXPO Booths and category directories will be available to attendees until August 31, 2021 including Lead Tracking information and “Request Information” button. Links, PDFs, contact information, and other resources can be updated by an exhibitor at any time over the year.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors will have access to their booth on our conference platform software. Exhibitors will not have access to any of the sessions (except their own if they have a 30- or 45-minute On-Demand session) unless staff access is purchased or included in the booth package. Staff access allows a staff member to participate in all live events and access to all on-demand session content until August 31, 2022.



Payment of Exhibit Space

Exhibitors will not be allowed to set up until space is paid for in full. No exceptions. The Ontario Library Association will accept Electronic Fund Transfers, VISA, MasterCard, and cheques.

Education Programs

The EXPO is only one critical part of the educational process at the OLA Super Conference. OLA Super Conference also has over 100 programs, workshops, and plenaries offered in conjunction with the Exposition.

The workshop programs offer the widest range of topics available for library and information professionals in the country. With over 100 sessions there is something for everybody. Please take the time to look it over and see what the OLA is offering, all on-demand content will be available until August 31, 2022. It is also available online at www.eventscribe.net/2022/OLASC.

Lead Retrieval

Lead retrieval is available, it must be set up before the conference begins. Visits, likes, and favourites will be tracked and various reports will be available for exhibitors to download. Lead retrieval will continue until August 31, 2022 for information on attendees visiting your booth after the conference.
