If you created a user account last year, you can use the same credentials. Otherwise, please create a new account.

If you have a new email address, you’re a new representative for your organization, you do not see your information after you log in, or you have any other questions, please email . Membership will be able to link up your new account and the previous information and resolve any other issues.


Associate Membership Information

How do I find out when my Associate Membership Expires?

  1. Log into your AccessOLA with your username and password.
  2. The “Manager Membership” tab has your expiry date. You can renew your membership from this tab.
  3. If you are an Associate Member but do not see the membership information, please email jmarriott@gappointreach.com, the Associate Membership information may be linked to a different member of your organization.

  • Reset password
  • Membership expiry date
  • Option to renew your membership
  • Store – to purchase upgrades such as banner advertising on sessions. You will need to login (top right corner) to see EXPO related products.
