Interested in going to the Super Conference, but worried about the cost? We’ve got you covered! There are many ways you can get to the conference for less.

Become an OLA member or keep your membership up to date!
Join or renew your OLA membership so it is up to date when you register for the Super Conference. OLA members receive the lowest prices for the conference. Depending on how many days you attend, being an OLA member means saving more than $200!

Register before January 4
Okay, we get it. Conference registration happens over the holidays and sometimes, registering for the conference is the last thing you want to think of. But Early Bird Registration ends on Friday, January 4 with no exceptions and you save $65 on registration! Otherwise, if you’re registering after that, it costs $65 more. And if you register onsite, we charge another $65. So be nice to your pocket: register before January 4.

Contests
OLA members can enter the 2019 Super Conference Experience Contest. Get a home or auto insurance quote with The Personal before February 2, 2019 and you’ll be entered into a draw for a $500 prepaid Visa card. Find out more here.

Scholarships, Bursaries, and Discounts
OLA and our divisions are thrilled to have scholarships and discounts for First Nation public library workers, northern librarians, and public library board members. Visit our Scholarships webpage for more information.

Consider Registering for One or Two Days
We’ve set a great schedule for the whole conference and we hope that you attend the full conference, but if you’re looking to save on registration, consider attending for one or two days. The registration rate for OLA members for one day is $275, for two days is $330, as opposed to the Full Conference which is $410 (HST not included).
