Alexandra (Lexi) Black is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Information and of SOLS’ Advancing Public Library Leadership (APLL) Institute. Lexi is currently the Branch Manager of Brampton Library’s award winning Springdale Branch. In the 5 years that she has worked for Brampton Library, Lexi has led many successful projects, including the development of the Branch Neighbourhood Profiles, which aid library staff in serving the unique communities within Brampton. Lexi is a passionate advocate for library services, and is dedicated to equipping staff with the necessary tools and skills needed to deliver outstanding customer service.
