Brandon Fratarcangeli joined Southern Ontario Library Service in 2016. As a member of the consultant team, Brandon provides advice and assistance to Ontario’s public libraries in the areas of library services, board governance, and planning. Brandon is the lead on the development of Professional Resource on LearnHQ.ca and conducts audit on behalf of the Ontario Public Library Guidelines Monitoring and Accreditation Council.

Brandon recently completed The Technology of Participation Facilitation Essentials certificate program from the Institute of Cultural Affairs. Brandon graduated from the University of Ottawa with a degree in History and Public Administration, received a Mater’s degree in Cultural Studies and Critical Theory from McMaster University, and has a Master of Information from the University of Toronto. He previously worked at University of Toronto Libraries in Faculty and Student Engagement.
