Kelley England has been in children’s and youth services for over 12 years as both a Librarian and a Manager. She chaired the Children and Youth Expo for 4 years, recent recipient of the OLA’s Children and Youth Librarian of the Year, and has recently taken on the position of Manager of Community Engagement & Marketing for the King Township Public Library. With this new role, Kelley has taken on the establishment of adult programming, cultivating partnerships and engaging staff.
