Kelly Dermody is the E-learning and Accessibility Services Librarian at Ryerson University Library and Archives. She started at Ryerson in 2005 as the Accessibility Services librarian and established the library’s accessible materials service. She has been the E-learning Librarian since 2012 and is busy creating online resources and flipping library instruction, as well being involved in open education projects.
