Kristof Avramsson is Engineering & Design Librarian at Carleton University, and was previously a Medical Librarian in Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases at the Laboratory Centre for Disease Control. He began his career at British Columbia Ministry of Environment in Victoria, British Columbia. Kristof completed his graduate Information Science degree at Western University and his PhD at Universite d’Ottawa/University of Ottawa, and is recipient of the Governor General’s Gold Medal for outstanding doctoral thesis. His research interests include cultural theory, narrative voice, and multi-modal literacies.
