Kyla Everall is a User Services Librarian at the University of Toronto’s Robarts Library. Her portfolio has a wide variety of responsibilities, including: providing research support, managing student staff, as well as designing, implementing, and assessing public services. Kyla was part of the team that created the University of Toronto Library’s first family friendly study space. Kyla has written and presented on topics related to service design, assessment, and evidence-based decision making. She holds a BA from the University of British Columbia and an MI from the University of Toronto.
