Marjorie Mitchell is the Research Services Librarian at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan Campus. She is a contributor to the Portage Canadian RDM Survey Consortium starting in 2015. She is a regular blogger on the Brain Works Blog. As a co-applicant on the SSHRC-funded SpokenWeb partnership, she brings research data management skills to this exciting team working with historic Canadian literary audio recordings. She attempts to fulfill many stereotypes by wearing glasses, knitting, being technologically savvy, and owning a cat. She does not wear her hair in a bun.
