Meighan has over a decade of municipal experience, including seven years as a County Librarian. She considers herself a passionate advocate for innovative municipal services and leadership practices. Meighan is currently the CAO at the County of Huron on Ontario’s West Coast and oversees a staff of 700+ with an annual budget of approximately 100M. Meighan has participated in a variety of provincial advocacy and accreditation roles relating to municipal government in her career and has been published in a best practice publication relating to municipal services.
Meighan is a life long learner; currently holding multiple degrees from Western University including a Masters of Library and Information Science.
