Rachel Kubacki is the Program Facilitator and Employer Liaison for Arches Supportive Employment Services whose mission is to educate and advocate so that persons with mental health and substance use barriers can achieve meaningful employment and integration into community.

Through the initiatives of the Arches program Rachel provides employment preparation workshops and one-on-one employment counselling to job seekers in the Ottawa community while also advocating to address stigmas in the workplace and stereotypes employers have of individuals with addictions/mental health as being a liability vs. an asset to their organization through education, training, and on-the-job support.

Rachel holds an honours MBA from Telfer School of Management and is certified in Individual Placement and Support (IPS), a proven evidence-based approach to helping individuals with mental health and substance use barriers find and maintain employment. She is personally dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations find meaningful work and helping to build positive and healthy work cultures.
