Her work at Dysart & Jones Associates focuses on planning, problem-solving, organizational design, and leadership development and coaching. Rebecca has led and facilitated +100 planning and organizational design projects with small, volunteer-run non-profits to large research university and public libraries. To ensure she lives the operational and organisational realities of D&J clients and factor these realities into their projects, Rebecca regularly seeks roles in organizations. She was honoured to be Director of Branch and Neighbourhood Services at Brampton Library from 2015 to 2018 and the Director of the Professional Learning Centre at the University of Toronto Faculty of Information (iSchool) from 2004 to 2008. She is co-lead of BC InterLINK’s LLEAD leadership and senior management innovative development program. In 2016 she was honoured to receive Canada’s Outstanding Service to Librarianship Award as well as Ontario’s Public Librarian of the Year; she is a Fellow of SLA and a recipient of their Leadership Award.
