Virginia Sytsma is a legally blind librarian. She has been the Information Services Librarian at the Belleville Public Library for the past four years. Prior to that, she worked for the Upper Canada District School Board. She is passionate about breaking down barriers that prevent individuals with disabilities from entering the field of Library Science.
